Thomas J. Feehan
Mr. Feehan has 50 years of inspection and training experience. In 1972 Mr. Feehan was the first HQS inspector in the nation. For over 30 years Mr. Feehan was an ASHI certified and Indiana State licensed home inspector. In 1998 Mr. Feehan was one of the first certified HUD REAC inspectors. Mr. Feehan is a currently a certified HUD REAC inspector and conducts classes and webinars on UPCS and HQS. Mr. Feehan is currently assisting HUD, KPMG, and Nan Mckay and Associates in developing the new NSPIRE standards.
INSPECTION EXPERIENCE: Conducted over 5,000 HQS inspections. Conducted over 15,000 professional home inspections. Conducted over 10,000 PHAS/REAC/PASS/ UPCS inspections. Conducted 350 FEMA disaster home inspections and over 1,000 FEMA manufactured home inspections.
TRAINING EXPERIENCE: For HUD trained the HQS course. For CRTC trained the Inspection, Spec Writing and Cost Estimating, Construction Management, and Rental Rehab courses. For ASHI trained the Radon and ESA seminars. For the Environmental Management Institute trained the Radon Course. For Nan McKay and Associates trained the HQS, UPCS and NYCHA PHAS/UPCS courses. For The Inspection Group and Mid-West Inspection trained the UPCS course. For BISCO conducted the training webinar for new REAC inspectors.
